Send drawings, a lot schedule or a marked-up PDF. We scope the work and agree pricing, scope and purchasing processes with you upfront.
Can you service multiple active sites?
Yes. With a team of 30 and 20+ vans, we have the capacity to service ongoing construction programs across multiple active sites.
Who will we deal with?
Our office team handles scheduling, communication and job reporting, and works with your site supervisors, construction managers, purchasing and invoicing teams.
How are variations and additional works handled?
Through clear processes agreed upfront, so additional works are documented, approved and invoiced without confusion.
What warranty applies?
Warranty arrangements depend on the type of work, the product system, the builder contract and the project. Where a specific workmanship or manufacturer warranty applies, we confirm it for that project.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold QBCC licence 15126677 (Waterproofing) and maintain public liability and workers compensation insurance. Certificates of currency can be provided to builder clients.
